TriCare Cypress Gardens Aged Care Residence will open its doors every Friday afternoon in November to showcase its new state-of-the-art, architecturally designed extension to the Gold Coast community.
Personally guided tours through the new 73 bed purpose built wing will operate every half hour, from 1.30pm with the last tour at 3pm.
Facility Manager, Judy Carter, said it will be a great opportunity for the wider community to come along, ask questions and get a feel for what aged care living is like and thinks people will be pleasantly surprised.
“The tour will include our fully appointed deluxe private suites, featuring the latest in clinical technology, and impressive hotel-style amenities.
One highlight of the tour will be a delicious home cooked afternoon tea presented by our onsite Head Chef at the conclusion of the tour,” said Mrs Carter.
Complete with a cafe, hair salon, luxurious communal lounge areas and fresh nutritious meals prepared daily by the on-site chef, the new extension provides a very modern take on the future of aged care living.
“We want our guests to enjoy everything that TriCare Cypress Gardens has on offer,” said Mrs Carter.
