Having worked in the hospitality sector, including 5-star hotels, Nithin has the perfect blend of service and care skills. He is ready to set the tone for an exceptional resident experience at TriCare Williams Landing.
“I’m excited to lead the pre-opening phase and set up and mentor our own strong team right from the beginning,” Nithin says. “My purpose being in this role is to serve our seniors and look after my team.”
Nithin joined the TriCare team in 2021 as Facility Manager at our Bundaberg Aged Care Residence. But his experience in the Aged Care sector began well before. “I love the dynamics in the Aged Care sector and interacting with the residents – plus, I still get to play cricket on the weekends!” Nithin says.
Having gained experience as Facility Manager at several TriCare Aged Care Residences, including Point Vernon, Labrador, Cypress Gardens, and Bayview, Nithin is excited to take on the significant task of commissioning Williams Landing. “I’m grateful to be given this opportunity”, he says.
As TriCare Williams Landing is TriCare’s first Aged Care Residence in Victoria, Nithin and his team will hit the ground running, delivering elevated, premium care only 30 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD. Providing Permanent Care, short term or Respite Care, Palliative Care, and Dementia Care, Nithin’s team of experienced carers will aim to provide all the warmth of a family home in the kind of accommodation you would expect in a 5-star hotel.
