Freshly prepared, nutritionally balanced meals are the order of the day at TriCare Cypress Gardens Aged Care Residence.
With a focus on relaxed dining, residents can enjoy delicious meals prepared on-site served in one of the four sunlit dining rooms, private function space or in the comfort of their own room.
Chef Manager, Russell Middleton, is at the helm of the TriCare Cypress Gardens Aged Care’s new state-of-the-art kitchen and is responsible for overseeing menu design and meal preparation to meet resident’s dietary needs.
“It is exciting to go into a brand new kitchen, specially designed with fantastic equipment and a great team and have the ability to create fresh, well presented, nutritious meals for our residents.
“Meal times are an enjoyable part of the day. We are dedicated to providing breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between as fresh and delicious as possible,” said Mr Middleton.
The existing dining rooms are currently undergoing refurbishment to create a lighter and more inviting area to dine, while the two dining rooms in the new wing offer open, light and expansive vista’s for diners.
In addition to the four dining areas, residents and their guests can enjoy the new café downstairs near the newly opened hair salon which will offer coffee and snacks in a sunlit environment with garden views.
Adjacent to the TriCare Cypress Gardens Retirement Community, TriCare will shortly unveil 73 new state-of-the-art private aged care suites at its Cypress Gardens Aged Care Residence.
