TriCare’s Bundaberg Aged Care Residence, our modern 86 bed facility in the Wide Bay-Burnett region, is recruiting for experienced casual Registered Nurses with current AHPRA registration.
On offer are varied shifts – am, pm and night shifts. We seek nurses that can work to suit our 24/7 working environment. TriCare’s managers are flexible and will consider your work/life balance in planning of the roster, but at the same time, we value your reliability and enthusiasm to ensure our residents receive the best quality care.
We are offering industry award rates plus casual loading. Afternoon and weekend and night shift work attracts penalty rates according to the Nurses Award 2020.
TriCare’s Registered Nurses report directly to the on-site Clinical Manager. The role is responsible for working closely with your manager and being 100% team-orientated to achieve real resident-focused outcomes.
Your skills, experience and attributes include the following:
- Knowledge in AN-ACC and its associated documentation
- Experience in mental health and aged care very well regarded
- Specialty nursing skills (advantageous)
- Adept at using electronic clinical management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
