TriCare is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Services Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Mt Gravatt. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our aged care division by ensuring seamless coordination and communication for prospective clients and their families.
As a Client Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries from families and referrers, handling them with care and professionalism. You will play a key role in supporting the process by screening essential documentation and communications from initial inquiry through to admission. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing our client attraction and occupancy management processes within the aged care residence division.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and empathetic customer service across phone, email, and web channels.
- Coordinate necessary documentation and assist clients and their representatives in understanding the admission process.
- Support prospective clients through each step of their journey, from inquiry to admission, ensuring all response time frames are met.
- Update referrer databases, and maintain our bed vacancy information across various platforms.
- Offer technical support for our Client Management System (CMS) and assist with new user education.
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- High level of proficiency in CMS or similar client management systems, as well as competency in software like Word, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor and telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, a commitment to confidentiality, and an alignment with TriCare’s values.
- A positive attitude toward aged care and an eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement.
