Sales and Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager who has a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on customer experience, business requirements and brand management.
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to maximise occupancy at the 17 aged care facilities (1,705 beds) and 9 retirement communities (1,100 units).

The role is hands-on, where you are actively working with other team members to develop, design and deliver the marketing approach. Your budget is $1.3 million annually. Day to day your work will involve:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Marketing & Advertising: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events). Develop branded advertising campaigns and in-house marketing media.
- Sales Management & Training: Develop sales plans, KPIs, and initiatives, while also delivering training for staff in sales techniques.
- Customer Experience: Map and understand the customer journey, gather feedback, and conduct regular sales audits from a customer experience perspective.
- Web & Social Media: Manage owned and third-party websites and website material to maintain dynamic, accurate and current content, on owned and external sites. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, social media content, and video content.
- Events: Coordinate and oversee all sales and marketing events.
- Budget Management: Develop budgets, pricing strategies, and business cases for marketing programs. Monitor marketing expenditures to ensure ROI.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven success in delivering marketing and sales plans.
- Experience in content management, creative writing, advertising, social media, and digital marketing.
- Web editing and basic web programming is desirable.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) Customer Relationship Management systems (e.g. HubSpot), project management and collaboration systems (e.g. Asana) and social media management system and basic graphic design skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present high-level reports.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects in a systematic, effective way.
