  • Responding to emergency situations and providing basic First Aid (if required)
  • Cleaning common areas
  • Maintaining accurate written records in all areas
  • Assisting with meal services.

You are organised and efficient and capable of managing first-response situations that may involve minor personal injuries to our residents.

As the customer face of our business, you can be trusted to work unsupervised delivering great service to village residents.

Skills, experience, and attributes:

  • Customer service experience
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • First Aid and CPR certificates (can be obtained prior to commencement)
  • Holder of an open “C Class” driver’s license (to drive the golf buggy)
  • Understanding of Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL SHIFT LOOK LIKE?

During a typical day-time shift you would be assisting with the meal service in our on-site restaurant (table service, meal delivery to units), dusting and vacuuming public areas.

If this sounds like just the role you have been looking for, apply now through SEEK, addressing your cover letter and resume to Malcolm Payne, Village Manager.

A satisfactory Police Clearance Certificate is required according to the Aged Care Act 1997.
