Our community offers the choice of duplex style or waterfront accommodation featuring one, two or three bedrooms.
The duplex-style units, each with their own courtyard, are well-positioned, providing you with space and complete privacy. The luxury waterfront units boast generous balconies and high ceilings along with sweeping water views and refreshing breezes.
Enjoy the convenience of an open plan kitchen with modern appliances, a stylish ensuite with contemporary fittings and a 24-hour emergency call system. You’re welcome to bring along your furry friend (small pets are welcome, subject to approval).
Independent living is the right choice for you when you are capable of managing day-to-day tasks but no longer want to worry about home and garden maintenance.
A serviced apartment is a more suitable choice if you prefer independent living that provides you with assistance for heavy laundry, housekeeping and some meals.

Our retirement communities are designed to maximise resident involvement. Every community has a Resident Committee that represents the residents in regard to social activities, community consultation and many other community functions.
Each retirement community has a vast range of facilities, including swimming pools, a library, bowls and many more. These facilities are available for use at no cost to residents and their guests though guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.
The management team or Resident Committee organises optional activities which may attract a participation fee.
We understand your pet is part of your family, so you are welcome to have a small pet in any of the independent living units. Please note, pet approval is subject to terms and conditions.
I have been a resident at Cypress Gardens for four years now. I am happy that I found this place because my wife is in the nursing home next door and I can visit every day, normally. This is a lovely village with beautiful gardens and a river running by. There are many activities for residents with our own gym, two swimming pools, indoor bowls, billiards room, movie theater and several lounge areas. The people get on well together and there is a happy spirit among us all. The staff are helpful and always bright.
